These Terms of Service govern your use of mainstreetfirm.com (the "Site"), operated by Matt Calnan, CPA, CMA, doing business as Mainstreet Advisory. By using the Site, you agree to these terms.
The Site describes Mainstreet Advisory's services and provides a way to request a quote or book a scoping call. Nothing on the Site is an offer to enter into a professional engagement — an engagement begins only once both parties sign a separate, specific engagement letter setting out scope, fee, and terms for that work.
Mainstreet Advisory provides analytical and advisory services only. Reports produced under an engagement are not audits, reviews, or compilations of financial statements under GAAP or PCAOB standards. Findings are based solely on information provided by the client and are not independently verified unless the engagement letter says otherwise. Mainstreet Advisory is not a registered investment adviser and does not provide investment advice. Nothing on this Site or in any report constitutes legal, tax, or regulatory advice — consult your own qualified professionals for those matters.
Quality of Earnings findings, valuations, and any other work product reflect professional analysis of the information available at the time of the engagement. They are not a guarantee of a business's future performance, a transaction's outcome, or financing approval.
The Site's content, design, and branding belong to Mainstreet Advisory. Reports and deliverables produced under a signed engagement letter are licensed to the client per the terms of that letter.
The Site links to third-party tools (including Calendly for scheduling) that have their own terms and privacy policies. Mainstreet Advisory isn't responsible for those third parties' practices.
The Site and its contents are provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Mainstreet Advisory is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Site. Liability arising from an actual engagement is governed exclusively by that engagement's signed letter, not by these Site terms.
