Mainstreet Advisory ("Mainstreet Advisory," "I," "me," or "my") is the CPA advisory practice of Matt Calnan, CPA, CMA. This policy explains what information is collected through mainstreetfirm.com, how it is used, and the choices available to you.
When you submit the "Tell me about your deal" contact form, I collect the information you provide: your name, email address, approximate deal size, service of interest, and any message you include. I also use analytics and advertising tools to understand how visitors find and use this site: Google Analytics and Vercel Web Analytics (page views, referring site, approximate location, device and browser) and the Meta Pixel (which sets cookies so Meta can measure the ads I run and show ads to people who visited the site). If you arrive from an ad or a tagged link (for example one ending in ?src=fb-ad1), I record that source to learn which channel brought you. These tools do not receive what you type into the contact form or the application form. You can block them with your browser's privacy settings or a tracker blocker, and you can manage ad preferences in your Meta account settings.
I do not sell, rent, or share your contact-form information with third parties for marketing purposes, and I don't add you to a mailing list without your separate consent.

This site is hosted on Vercel, which processes standard web server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamps) as part of delivering the site.
If you engage Mainstreet Advisory for a Quality of Earnings report or advisory engagement, you'll share financial documents (statements, tax returns, workpapers, and similar records) directly with me, separate from this website. That information is handled under the confidentiality terms of your signed engagement letter, stored in access-controlled systems, and used solely to perform the engagement — never shared with third parties except as needed to complete the work you've engaged me for, or as required by law.
Contact-form inquiries are retained as long as reasonably necessary to respond to you and maintain a record of the inquiry. Client engagement records are retained per standard professional practice for CPA advisory work.
You can ask me to delete contact information you've submitted, or ask what I have on file, at any time — just email me.
